COMPANY HISTORY
Jersey Diesel has been selling and servicing
marine engines throughout South Jersey since
1989. Throughout the years, our many
customers have continued to rely on our
factory-trained technicians to do not only
their routine maintenance, but their
emergency repairs as well. With our fleet of
service vehicles, we will travel to your
location to keep your vessel running!
In case you are not familiar with Yank
Marine, John C. Yank Jr. has been building
and repairing vessels for more then 40 years
at his
Tuckahoe River location. The Tuckahoe
yard features three Marine Travelifts from
12-220 tons as well as a 600- ton Marine
Railway. The new Dorchester yard, doing
business as
Yank Marine Services, is located off of
the Delaware Bay on the Maurice River in
Cumberland County, New Jersey. This yard
currently features a 50-ton Marine
Travelift, soon, however, to be replaced
with a much larger lift.
These two yards, both owned and operated
by Yank Marine, now offer all of Jersey
Diesel’s customers the added option of
taking their vessel to one of two convenient
locations for re-powers, and/or repairs. One
stop shopping at it’s best!
